To trade with Motorpartner1 AS (hereafter MP) on our website, kvikkauksjon.no, you must be a registered business entity with a Norwegian organization number. Registration is free and carries no obligations for you. By completing the registration form, you confirm that you have provided correct information about yourself or your company. If the information you have provided is incorrect or changes in the future, you are obliged to notify us with correct information by updating your profile. We reserve the right to delete users without prior notice.Attempts at fraud, document forgery, and other criminal activities will be prosecuted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By accepting these terms, you have granted permission for MP to use your\/the company’s personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

MP is responsible for all personal information you provide, or that we receive when you place a bid or visit our marketplace. MP will under no circumstances disclose personal data or other information about MP customers to a third party. By joining the auction, you give the company permission to use your email address to send marketing materials about the company and auctions. Upon request, you have the right to be informed of what information we have registered about you and to demand its deletion. Auction Rules<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Binding BidsAll bids submitted in the auction are legally binding. This means that placing a bid via your MP user account (made either by you or others using your account) cannot be withdrawn from the auction after it has been submitted. If your bid is the winning bid, an agreement is considered entered into between you and the seller when the auction closes.

    However, a reservation is made that if a bid is obviously incorrect, it may be canceled. MP points out that online auctions of used products are not covered by the right of withdrawal laws. There is therefore no right of withdrawal.

  2. Rejecting or Accepting Bids.MP is free to accept or reject any bid. MP sends a contract after a bid is accepted.<\/strong>

  3. Closing of AuctionsMP is also free to cancel the entire auction or individual items.

  4. Conditions and Auction FeesThere are no fees for purchases on our site. The purchase price is paid to account 1080 62 10205<\/strong>, marked<\/strong> with the registration number<\/strong> no later than the day after the purchase.<\/strong> An invoice will be sent once the payment is registered with us. No cars will be delivered until the purchase price is in our account. MP only accepts payment via bank transfer. Cash and checks are not accepted. If payment is not completed in full by the due date, MP has the right to rescind the contract. Defaulting on payment may lead to suspension.

  5. Shipping and CollectionUnless otherwise agreed, cars must be collected within 14 business days after the purchase is completed. Cars can be collected at the specified location Monday\u2013Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM. <\/li>
  6. Bid CollusionCollusion that limits competition is not permitted, cf. the Competition Act Chapter 3, Section 10. <\/li>
  7. Bid IncrementsThe minimum bid increment is $ 1000.-

  8. AutobidYou can place an autobid, which is the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the vehicle. The system then automatically bids on your behalf in increments of kr 1,000, and only as much as is necessary to lead the auction. It will never bid higher than the amount you have specified. An autobid is binding just like a regular bid and cannot be withdrawn. The amount is only visible to you. If your autobid is exceeded by another bidder, you will receive a notification and can choose to place a new one. <\/li>
  9. Auction Start \/ EndAll auctions have a start time and an end time. Bidding is only permitted during this period. The seller determines the start and end dates. <\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    MotorPartner's Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, you waive any claim against MP, its representatives, and employees that may arise in connection with or related to any auction, including (but not limited to) any claim or demand regarding the description of the vehicle, bids, uncompleted or completed transactions, or products offered through or in connection with any auction. The auction item is sold without warranty or right of complaint;<\/strong> it is recommended to inspect the item as additional faults or defects not uncovered by the appraisal may occur. The right to contract out of the Sale of Goods Act’s complaint rules, including Section 19, follows from Section 3, and applies to items sold at auction with MP AS.

    MP is not responsible for the failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement if this is due to circumstances beyond MP’s control.

    Every member acknowledges that we have the right to cancel any auction that appears to us\u2014based on information received from third parties or other members\u2014to involve a breach of this agreement. In such cases, we will inform both the seller and, in the meantime, one or more bidding members about the cancellation of the auction.

    MP is not liable to the user of the online service or to any third party for indirect or other consequential damages or losses, or for any loss of data, profit, income, dividends, or turnover, regardless of how the damage or loss occurred (whether the damage or loss is due to negligence or breach of this agreement or has occurred in any other way).

    Users of MP’s service accept that MP is not liable for any claim or expense that may arise as a result of a breach of this agreement by you\/your company or through your MP account.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Laws and Regulations<\/h2>

    All legal matters between the involved parties and MP shall be handled in accordance with Norwegian law.<\/p>

    Miscellaneous<\/h2>

    In the event that any provision of this agreement should prove to be invalid or unenforceable due to a legal ruling or judgment, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall still be considered valid and enforceable. Terms may be changed without prior notice. <\/p>
